Back in the old store on Burrard Street we had a humungous African Bullfrog named "Jaba" which some of you may remember. We now have a new additon to our collection of store pets that Kreig has named "Jaba Junior" on display and we have some "Jaba Babies" for sale. You have to see it to believe it! Sitting on his back is a Canadian Loonie just so you can see how big he is! And....he's going to get bigger. |

The African Bull Frog (Pixie Frog) can grow up to 4.4 lbs and is carnivorous. It will feed on anything it can fit into its mouth; including insects, small rodents (such as mice), reptiles, birds, and amphibians (including other frogs), so keep your fingers away. |
